Since 1939, Hotel Shangri-La has served as a peaceful respite for veterans returning from war, families large and small, and visitors excited to explore Santa Monica, and our doors remain open to welcome you during this very stressful moment in history. We consider you part of our extended family, and well-being has always been at the forefront of what we offer, which is why we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure our guests, our employees and their loved ones remain healthy and supported.
There have been no cases of COVID-19 at Hotel Shangri-La, and we are operating our business in full compliance with the most current safety guidelines set forth by the State of California, the City of Los Angeles and the City of Santa Monica. While our rooftop bar and event spaces remain closed until further notice, our guest rooms and suites, outdoor café, and pool/courtyard are open for a safe, clean, and peaceful experience. In-room dining is available as well from 8AM until 9PM.
